BISECT Harness
An AI desk for CA practices.
The agents prepare the work. The practice reviews it and decides what goes out in its name.
What arrives
Every month the desk prepares the working papers a practice would otherwise assemble by hand: ledger scrutiny with observations, bank reconciliations, GST and TDS workings, opening balance checks and draft schedules in the practice's own formats. They arrive on the practice's WhatsApp as files it can open and edit.
How it works
The practice sends the books and a short brief over WhatsApp. AI agents, running on infrastructure from cloud, messaging and AI model providers, prepare the workings. Don Zachariah, a Chartered Accountant, supervises the system. The practice and its team review each working before it is used. That review is theirs, not ours.
What it is not
It is not an audit. It is not advice. It assembles the evidence, and the judgement stays with the practice.
Data
Each practice decides what to share and remains responsible for it. Its files sit in a workspace of its own on the desk, and are deleted from the desk when the retention period agreed with that practice ends. We do not share one practice's data with another.
How to start
Write to don@bisect.biz with the size of your practice and the work that takes most of its month.
